The brief

The client, McCutcheon McDonald Consulting Engineers, were after a simple site to showcase their previous work and credentials and reach potential new clients.

The site needed to be easy to maintain and present a professional look consistent with their corporate branding.

The chosen platform was the Drupal content management system.

The site also needed to allow the client to setup private file-shares to enable sharing of project files with their clients and other third-parties involved in various projects. This file sharing needed to be secure as well as flexible with fine-grained access controls to limit access to files on a project by project and user by user basis.

We were able to select and deploy the most appropriate Drupal modules to achieve this functionality.

Theming

The client opted for a stock Drupal theme with customisation to suit their branding.

The excellent Acquia Slate theme was chosen and color schemes, images and view theming were customised to suit.
